It consists of a liquid waterproofing based on sodium silicate. This silicate penetrates pores, capillaries and microcracks of the concrete, and in a chemical reaction with the calcium ions of the cement and the water of its hydration, creates a complex semi-flexible mass incorporated into the concrete.
This complex mass is rehydratable whenever there is presence of water, obturating the subsequent micro fissures resulting from structural deformations.
This technology adds a substantial increase in thermal insulation via reinforced concrete slabs, since complex masses constitute barriers of good thermal performance.
Since 2013, we have made technological innovation viable, but we have not returned to these works until now to the title of our corrective maintenance.
