It is an own technology developed by Arch-Tec to eliminate the problem through a system called “depth drainage”. The question requires analysis regarding three variables: composition of the terrain, topography and pluviometric regime of the area. The exterior wall renders are the first to be damaged on both sides, followed by the plaster of the inner walls and even the inner floors of the building.
Surface drainage systems, with perforated shackles, are not efficient in these cases.
The problem worsens in regions where the water table rises and even surfaces in the rainy season.
This technology consists of a mixture of surface drainage, with partial waterproofing of external plasters and the proper depth drainage, according to ducts molded in the ground, with stems in its bases (relative spacings, diameters and depths that can be calculated with the mentioned variables above), and filling with crushed stone and appropriate felts as the case may be.
